RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with our SafeVision.com purchase, please contact our customer support team at safevsionsales@hoya.com (or call 833-317-0147) within30 daysto assist with your concerns. Please Note: We are unable to process any returns unless Customer Support is contacted in advance to create a Return Authorization (RA). Items received without prior authorization (RA) will be returned to the sender.
